A Private Practice · By Introduction

Peace for
all of you.

Olivu is a quiet practice for a small number of individuals and families — the person they call when the complicated, personal, time-consuming matters of a well-lived life need to be handled with discretion, judgment, and genuine skill.

The Practice

The kind of work that happens behind closed doors, and stays there.

Olivu serves a small circle of clients — individuals and families who manage demanding lives and prefer to keep them private. The work is broad by design. The standard is the same in every detail: capable, considered, and never spoken of.

I · The Daily

The quiet running of a complex life.

The household details no one has the time to manage, and most people never see. Calendars, correspondence, the mail, renewals, deadlines, the small standing matters that keep a life running well — each one held steadily so nothing slips.

II · The Unexpected

The matters that have no script.

The unusual question. The provider no one can find. The situation a family has never faced. Olivu's work is rarely the same twice — and that is the point. Whatever it is, it is met with discretion, sound judgment, and a steady hand — and it is resolved.

III · The Personal

The moments that matter most.

A change in health. A family situation. A transition that needs a steady hand alongside the lawyer, the doctor, and the advisor. Olivu does not replace any of them — Olivu is the person who makes sure all of it actually gets done.

The Engagement

A considered process, quietly run.

I

An introduction

A private conversation to understand your life, your people, and where a steady hand would matter most.

II

Quiet order

Bringing structure to the standing details, the systems, and the matters that keep a full life running well.

III

Ongoing stewardship

Standing alongside you and your advisors over time, so the important things are seen to and nothing is missed.

And the matter no one else can untangle — or would rather not touch — is precisely the work for which I am known. It gets done.

"My clients are capable of handling everything. They simply would rather not. I resolve what others cannot — or would rather not do themselves — and give them back their time, their attention, and the quiet confidence that nothing has been missed."

About Stephanie

Built from experience.
Driven to accomplish your goals and bring you peace.

After a successful global corporate career, Stephanie spent two decades in real estate within a prestigious coastal Georgia community — a rare vantage point on how families live, age, and care for one another. She has seen first-hand the weight that falls on a family when important affairs are left unattended, and the profound peace that comes when everything is in order.

Olivu was built from that understanding. It is a deeply personal practice for a small number of individuals and families — the one they call when situations need to be handled completely — steady, judgment-driven, and the kind of help that is genuinely hard to find.

"The kind of help that quietly becomes indispensable."
